My passion is helping senior leaders and driven individuals within growing organisations to achieve their full potential, be that through 1:1 Rapid Results Executive Coaching ® or by partnering with you to create world-class, strategy-aligned Learning and Development solutions.
I am a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and for over 10 years I have been successfully partnering with senior executives to enhance their leadership capabilities and help them to achieve greater organisational impact.
For over 20 years I have led high-performing Learning and Development functions for major corporates in the UK, Asia and the Middle East. I have deep, hands-on experience in all aspects of strategic L&D and a proven track record of successful L&D initiative delivery.
I hold a BSc. (Hons.) in Psychology and an MBA.
